For over 19 years McGuire Research Services has conducted thousands of surveys for public policy and political polling professionals.  McGuire Research Services, LLC was founded in 1988, is based in Denver, Colorado with offices in Las Vegas, San Francisco and San Diego.  All of MRS top management have been with the company for 10 years or more which helps to provide the most consistent quality and attention to every client and job.

Our experienced staff of researchers, programmers, statisticians and analysts work closely with our clients to keep them updated on the progress of every project from sample selection and pre-test through the data collection and data processing phases. Daily reports, tallies and quotas are supplied as requested and remote interviewer monitoring is available.

Our computer hardware and software are state-of-the-art and our data department staff are exceptionally qualified.  We work 24-hours a day to deliver fast and accurate data to our clients; whether transferring the data file electronically or shipping hard copy tabulations of results.  Open-end codes are developed to client specifications and 100% typed verbatim responses are available. Current programs used are CFMC 7.6s, Survey System or CASES (Univ. of California, Berkeley).

Reports are tailored to the client’s specific needs both general and specialized reports are produced according to client’s request.  We can produce both weighted and un-weighted tables, with different statistic significance tests being applied. The statistical tests include the all possible pairs test, Newman-Keuls, Fisher, T-test, ANOVA and chi-square. The tables not only show mean, median, mode, standard deviation, standard error and confidence levels, but also mark significant cells.

Our interviewers must complete intensive training under close observation and monitoring before conducting any interview.  Each project is assigned a project director and supervisory team who ensure the disposition and quality of work is of the highest caliber.  MRS maintains a minimum supervisor-to-interviewer ratio of 1:10.

Our quality control department validates a minimum of 10% of all contacts by callback and assures the accuracy and precise demographic administration of our contact services. MRS has conducted interviews domestically in Spanish, Cantonese, Mandarin, Vietnamese and Russian.
